Easter Egg Cookie in a Mug

This is a nip-to-the-shops-in-your-pyjamas-you-need-something-sweet-now kind of recipe. It won't break the bank and it tastes egg-stroadinary.
Ingredients: (Makes 2)
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp plain flour
Handful of chocolate chips/ magic stars
10 mini eggs (I used M&M eggs)
Recipe:
Melt the butter in a bowl. Mix with the icing sugar and vanilla extract and then the egg yolk to make a smooth paste.
Stir in the flour and once smooth, add in the chocolate chips.
Divide the mixture into 2 ramekins. Top with 5 mini eggs each.
Microwave together for 60-80 seconds or until done. Serve with ice-cream and eat warm.
